A complete range of worm gear reducers that thanks to their extreme modularity and excellent performance, facilitates their use in various application sectors. Our range consists in two product series: MRDV, designed with a cubic housing for high modular attachment, and MRDB, a round-shaped reducer that is suitable for smaller dimensions.

The MRDV series is a range of next-generation gear reducers developed with a perfect balance between technology and construction quality, suitable for every application. Compact and lightweight housings, suitable even for heavy-duty operations. The universal mounting, various flanges, and coupling accessories make this range particularly versatile and easy to install. The range includes 10 sizes, from size 25 to size 150, with nominal torques up to 1600 Nm (1400 rpm input). Materials The MRDV series reducers feature die-cast aluminum housings from size 25 to size 90 and cast iron housings from size 110 to size 150. Painting The housings are painted with thermosetting epoxy powders in gray color RAL 9006. Lubrication MRDV series reducers are supplied complete with "long life" synthetic lubricant from size 25 to size 90, while from size 110 to size 150, the lubricant is the mineral one. For placements other than the standard and for special applications, please refer to the product catalog and/or contact our technical service.
MRDB series - PAM edition
The MRDB series is a new range of gear reducers with aluminum housing, suitable for any environment and application. The range includes 6 sizes, from size 30 to size 86, with nominal torques up to 450 Nm (1400 rpm input). In sizes 30, 44, 49, the aluminum housing has a round design, suitable for a smaller external clutter. In sizes 63, 75, 86, the housing is aluminum and has a cubic shape. Materials All housings of MRDB series reducers are made of high-quality die-cast aluminum, lightweight, and compact. Painting: The housings are painted with thermosetting epoxy powders in gray color RAL 9006. Lubrication MRDB series reducers are supplied complete with "long life" synthetic lubricant and are maintenance-free.
